Food is essential for human being. Even though, it sometime turns to a big problem. Many people are suffering from overweight. I will mention a several ways to lose weight easily. Firstly, instead of eating three big meals a day, it is healthier to divide it to four or five meals. For example, small meals help the body to get enough proteans; however, big meals don't give the body an opportunity to gain adequate proteans. Secondly, you should give up soft drinks such as red ball, coke and seven up, because it has about 240 calories and around 10% of fat. As a result, you should drink just water. Finally, you ought to do exercise and run as much as you can. It is really beneficial to lose weight because it burns the calories and the fat hastily . Through these ways you will lose weight doubtlessly, otherwise you will be a coach potato.
In our life, we find some people are struggle to find a food while there some people are struggle to stop eat alot. In fact I believe what Prophet Mohammed ( Peace be upon him ) said, he said, when you eat should make 1/3 for your food, 1/3 for your drink, and 1/3 for your breath. So I have Diet plan for many people, simply adding these foods to their diet give them the weight loss as they need. They feel restricted on more formal diets and just want to loss weight without counting calories or make a lot of rasibey. Always I was windring by myselfe. The people are became fatness because the are so hangry or the food very dileacus! Will you enjoy being on the diet? How much weight should I lose? Will you be getting all the vitamins and nutrients you need?Often fast weight loss at the start of the diet will be unhealthy for you so, first find a plan that you are comfortable following. Dana Diet

In the begining , this is a new diet in Middle East and you can lose two Kg in just one week, but you must follow the instructions . Firstly, if you do not want to chose any kind of food in the schedule you can't exchange to something else just skip it . Secondly, you must drink alot of water like fife cups in the day . Also you can drink coffee or tea but without suger . Then , you should walke 30 mint every day in the morning before the breakfast . Finally , I would like to told you about this diet have all the Nutrition Basics except the fats , and I hope that take your satisfaction .

The Schedule For Week
At 7:30 A.M Walk 30 mint
At 8:00 A.M (breakfast) 2 eaggs +1 slice toast + cucumber +tomato+orange or pineapple or grapefruit (juice)
At 11:00 A.M (snacs) yogurt 150 ML
At 2:00 P.M (lunch) 1 chicken breast+salt( tomato + cucumber + lettuce +corn +carrot ) + juici ( simeler the breakfast)
At 5:00 P. M (Snacs ) banana or apple or grapes
At 7:00 P.M ( dinner) 1 slice toast + 1slice cheese + cucumber+ tomato +lettuce +tea or coffee .

In my opinion, anyone want to lose weight has to smoke .I know that smoking causes serious damages for the brain and the heart ,but it is effective way to get rid of the fat . For example, there is one of my friends lost 20Kg in two months after he started smoking. He said that smoking reduce my desire to eats,so you have to try my diet ason abossipo. Befor I finish ther is altter advice . If you smoke you will die and If you don't you will die to enjoy your life. as you can see,smoke to lose wieight.

The diet is not a game for health. If you only eat fast food, you will be overweight. You should eat food containing too much fat or flour. For example, pasta, bread and rice. You must have a sufficient balance in food to be healthy. All meals should include enough vegetables and drinking water. Care must be taken with food that may affect health. These foods are visually appealing, but a little harmful to health. When you see these foods and you "mouth waters" first is better to ask if they are healthy foods and how they can affect.

Food should be healthy for everyone, not just people who are dieting. Well, good nutrition depends on good health. It is good to eat now that we love such as (candy, cookies, burgers, etc); But not all the time and always have a balanced diet. The diet should include exercise and good nutrition. We must learn about proteins, fats, vitamins, carbohydrates and minerals, is also known as a good balance can make them. Each person must have a different diet as determined by age, weight and lifestyle, and it should be disciplined, adequate, balanced and appropriate. You Should find a good counsellor, such as a nutritionist, who will tell you what is good for your health your body.

The Serious Diet is one which have used successful myself. I used to be on diet. This diet is fact. In the breakfast. I ate bread and cheese. For lunch , I ate a chicken breast and a little rice. For dinner , I ate salad and yogurt. At the weekend , I sometimes ate a little sweet and candy. I do exercise tow hours minimum. However , I run on the treadmill , I do weight lifting. I did this diet for 40 days. When I use it , I felt comfortable. I started with 250 pounds. I ended with 211 pounds. Last but not list , I lost 39 pounds. All in all , I had comfortable life.

Eat as You Want




Dieting here is not a war that you come out wounded and tired , but it is ability to control yourself . It is connected the self before the body . Say it with me ( I will start it tomorrow ) and you will see the different within a month lose a weight without feeling tired . Follow these steps with me ..

1.Bring a picture of a boy or a girl that has a great body and paste it in the fridge , to look for it and try to be like them .

2. Eat as you want , but do not eat until you feel hungry and do not continue eating until you feel full .

3. Allocates two hours of your time sport , I preferred to walk on feet , to kill the fat .

In Florida water and beaches, the sharks were circling and a grievously . Stephen Schafer lost his hand and he was screaming painfully by the time the lifeguard reached him, he would soon be dead, marking the first deadly shark attack in Florida in five years. Schafer is 38 years old, was attacked after noon in the sea 400 meters off south Florida's Atlantic coast while he was out kiteboarding. When the winds lightened and his sail dropped, the stuart, man found himself in water surrounded by sharks. Lifeguard Daniel Lund is 47 years old spotted Schafer as he scanned the ocean with binoculars from the beach, 70 km north of west palm beach. He said Schafer appeared to be in distress but he wasn't flailing. Instead, he seemed to be floating on his kite in the choppy waters.

In some cases , we use some adverbs that refct the past in the sentence like :

( The Past Continuous Tense )

:: Was or Were + Simple Verb + Ing ::

use it for :

1. Express the verbs was continuous in a certain time in the past , while another verab cut it and done in the past .

2. Expression of different events were taking place at the same time in the past .

* While I was driving , my friend was sleeping .

and the past continuous come with this line :

1. Expression for two events occurred in the past , but one occurred before the other .

( made the juice is the first verb done , so we must use the past perfect for the first . drank the juice is the second verb done , so we must use te simple past )

and the past perfect tense come after these words :

WHAT IS A GOOD LEADER

To became a leader is not an easy thing. you always have some influence of different ways around. Many times we take leadership as a goal of wanting to win every time and being above the rest. But through time I realize that being a leader is to take responability, be a little flexible, team work and helping others. It is not easy to be a leader but you should always have a goal to achive and bring the thoughts and actions of people succesfully. To be a leader, you need followers that will support you and agree with you ideas. for this, one must have a clear goal and know their responsabilities, that leads to what is being proposed correctly.

It is true that a leader must have an influence whether it is negative or positive but the important thing is to become a leader with goal thought and abilities. If we choose good roles, what we do will also have effect. When it comes to helping others, I sometimes takes the lead. I also like working with the youth grups and I sometimes lead these groups.

Why I am a leader

There are many things in my life makes me change my lifestyle and effect on me . Sometimse, I was follower because my father was firm with me and he did not make me do anything and also the teachers at my school most of them were strict, even though I was in free time, but when I was studying at biology class, my teacher made me depend on myself, and encourage me how can I responssiple at myself. In fact, when I graduated from university I initiated to become a leader because the Professores at university tought me how can I become a leader? as well as I found a great job at the Giffted and Taland Student Centre in Riyadh. In addition to working with the group teachers that means I have to have agenda to keep up my work perfectly. However, I have a lot of exeperiense I will have opprtunities to work or to meet with many people, so I changed my lifestyle furthermore, my personalty where I became more cool-headed person, talk with a few people who I know them very well, punctual person and I prefer use my own office and my computer to do everthing I interest in.

To be leader or follower it is hard. Some people said to be leader , so you are smart and strong. However , for me I do not to be leader , that does not mean I am poor or weak. But I want to be free without responsibility I do not want everybody following me or asking me for everything , because when I was in the school I was a leader and I felt trouble , OK sometime I felt that I am a super , but every day believe me you will feel boring. My hero is my brother because He build him self such as He married by him self no one help him .how ever This life made me a leader .I don't like give up this life . Why I Am A Leader



I am a leader, because when I was a child. My mother has told me:to be a leader.You must be to took exercise with independent confident and leadership . When I was a child ,I have been cooking by myself . She never helped me .She made me have independent character.


When I have a party with my friend .I always to arrange party. I choose place.I make food. I call everyone. so I think that what I am a leader.

Leader or Follower

When I was in my country -Yemen- I was certainly follower because I was a high school student. I depended on my parents in everything. Actually I did not work at all. I was spending my time in studying or having fun with my friends. I had not any real duty to take care of it. I was doing everything impulsively. Even when I had a crisis, I was asking my older brother or my Friends to assist me, to find a solution for my problem. As a result, I was a follower
beyond the shadow of a doubt .
However, now a days everything has changed. I am not a follower anymore. I initiated to become a leader of myself and my actions. Especially here in Canada, it is significant to be a leader because neither my parents nor my friends are here to support me. Also, I am a leader of my younger brother, who came to learn English with me. Which that mean, I am the only one who will be responsible for his childish behavior, particularly he is still underage.
Finally, if I had the opportunity to be a leader of my classmate, I would say no, because being a leader needs a big responsibility, and I am a type of person who more gentle than firm, who do things impulsively not cautiously, who always leisurely not punctual. So i would rather to be follower than leader.

Everyone likes to eat junk food,it cheap to buy it and fast to make it . In these days eating junk food is common and this is a big problem in the whole world and the number of the people who eat this food is increase.In this article I will talk about how the junk food harmful effects in the human body and how to solve this problem. Junk food such as hamburgers, pizza, fried chicken and chips it has too much fat. Also, the junk food dose not have some of the good things that the body needs for good health. but the biggest problem for the people who's eat a lot of junk food is causing weakness in their body. In most cases, these foods are filled with harmful carbohydrates, fats and cholesterol that do not provide any useful energy. In the end, if any body want to stop eating junk food because the harmful effects, they shouldn't buy it or go to this restaurants. the next step they should do it, they must eat healthy food because it has a lot of benefits. In my opinion the healthy food is more delicious and has a good flavor, and I don't know why there are a lot of people eat the junk food, maybe because there is no one advise them.

There are a lot of things to write about because China is so rich in history, education, culture, customs, traditions, festivals and religious events. I would like to talk about its culture. China is sometimes described as homogeneous when it comes to its demographic mix. There are many religions such as:Islam, Catholicism and Buddhism.The official language of the country is mendrine.China has remarkable traditions when it comes to eating habits. Chinese believe that Human health is The basis of human food diet that focus on the quality of Chinese food, especially when they have celebrations as birthday, wedding and so on .Keen to provide the highest quality food for visitors. Among those traditions in some villages, when the visitor comes to the owner of the house, he/she must bring sweet fruit to express welcome to the visitor. I think it's a wonderful thing.As for Chinese holidays, one of the most important event is the Spring Festival. Is a traditional annual festival in the China's history which marks the first day of the first moon month.On one of the festival's nights, which called the night of the farewell, every family meet and prepare food for a delicious dinner full of joy and pleasure.The next day the Chinese people start exchanging congratulations and different traditional activities such as the lion dance and dragon dance . It is hard to talk about the cultuer of china because there are numerous things to mention and I need more than one article. Actually, when my teacher asked me to write about Chinese culture, I was thinking how would I possibly do that! I know nothing about this country. Now, however, I can say that I know little about the biggest country in Asia . It is nice to explore other cultures especially when it is as rich as China.
