In this case, their friends were made from their imagination that could be danger. Sometimes "The Hallucination" ordered and directed killing and violence to the patients that was used by movie directors for their thriller genre.
It is very fascinating to study about the porphyrin syndrome that origin of vampire from past. It has the most unordinary symptoms of the mental diseases. It is necessary to define that the porphyrin syndrome is hormone disease at first. However, the patients who has it started to think, that they are vampire because of their symptoms. The malfunction of liver has started to become this hormone disease and the blood was the realistic solution to treat their pain.
