The Magic Majed Diet



The magic Majed diet. Can help you to lose 20 percent of your body weight in just two months. I think sounds good for you. Firs of all, this is very important for magic Majed diet you shouldn't eat fast food because it is not healthy food. Such as Macdanls, Bargarking and K.F.C. In those restaurant, they cook with oil which we don't get healthy food. Secondly you should stop to drink soft drink such as Coca cola and Pepsi because is not healthy drink. After that you have to make schedule to eat healthy food. Such as in the night you must not eat healthy food like salad or drink sop or chicken salad some thing with out oil. Then in the breakfast you should eat eggs with out zero egg and drink milk, but with out sugar. In the evening you must eat barbecue meat or chicken or salad and you should drink water and any kind of juice like orange , apple and pineapple. Then you have to do schedule for your exercise, but the best way to lose weight is walking because all your body is going to move, but you have to walk like fast, like English walking. Around one hour and a half then ten minute running. When you finish drink some of water, but make sure don't drink a lot. After that try don't eat just drink sop, after half an hour you can eat, but healthy food. Believe me after one month you will see the different you will feel you are in the life.
