Anyone need lose weight should smoke alot!! In my opinion, anyone want to lose weight has to smoke .I know that smoking causes serious damages for the brain and the heart ,but it is effective way to get rid of the fat . For example, there is one of my friends lost 20Kg in two months after he started smoking. He said that smoking reduce my desire to eats,so you have to try my diet ason abossipo. Befor I finish ther is altter advice . If you smoke you will die and If you don't you will die to enjoy your life. as you can see,smoke to lose wieight.
