The Serious Diet

The Serious Diet is one which have used successful myself. I used to be on diet. This diet is fact. In the breakfast. I ate bread and cheese. For lunch , I ate a chicken breast and a little rice. For dinner , I ate salad and yogurt. At the weekend , I sometimes ate a little sweet and candy. I do exercise tow hours minimum. However , I run on the treadmill , I do weight lifting. I did this diet for 40 days. When I use it , I felt comfortable. I started with 250 pounds. I ended with 211 pounds. Last but not list , I lost 39 pounds. All in all , I had comfortable life.
