What would happen if water in the ocean increased by 10 meters

If water in the ocean increased by 10 meters, some small islands like Tuvalu would sink under the sea. The continents would't sink, even though water in the ocean increased by 10 meters. However, people who live at the sea shore would have to move somewhere where they can live safely.
It can be accepted for people who can get the information which water in the ocean is increasing but peple who live in uncivilized place like no electricity or waterworks can't get the exact information about that, We would investigate how many people there are in uncivilized islands, and we would tell them that you have to prepare some boats inside their houses and learn how to swim.

It would have many refugees, and if they lose their own land, they have to change their citizenship. If their life is uncivilized, it would take a long time to get used to living in the new city life.

There is another problem which is fishery zone. In Japan, we have a small island which is called Okinotori island. The small desert island is located the extreme south of our country and keeps our fishery zone. Actually it doesn't look like islands it kind of concrete block. At high tide, it almost sinks under the sea, so we have to harden artificially.

We used to eat fish for our main food and we believe that we can eat them forever as a same taste. But once we lose the island, we couldn't eat various kinds of fish. So now we keep it to harden by concrete. It is a big problem for Japanese, if we can't eat many kinds of fish, Japanese would be come eat beef or pork more than before. It isn't good for our health, even though they are delicious. The prise of fish are higher, people couldn't buy fish. I'm anxious that Japanese would gain weight. Therefore, we have to keep water in the ocean doesn't increase any more to keep our wonderful food life.
